The items listed on our website and mobile app are the base price and are meant to be a starting point. If a quote is desired for a specific item it must be done in writing to be valid. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Up charges may apply to items containing certain fabrics, special finishing, expedited service, etc.
Credit Cards Terms & Conditions
By providing your credit card information you are authorizing Janson Cleaners to initiate a charge to the credit card provided for the total amount that is due at the time of processing.
General Terms & Conditions
Janson Cleaners is not responsible for articles that are not claimed. Unclaimed items will be handled in accordance with Arizona regulations. Janson Cleaners also is not responsible for items left in pockets. We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins. In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage: or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Differences in count must be reported within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted. Janson Cleaners liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
Additional Route Terms & Conditions
When placing a route bag outside to be picked up by Janson Cleaners it is best to keep the bag in a covered area, not visible from the street, and out of the elements. Janson Cleaners assumes no liability for bags that have been left out in the rain, or any other damaging weather, nor will we be held responsible for any route bag or its contents that has been stolen or damaged. There is no signature required for delivery of completed items, therefore it is best to pick a safe place to have your items returned to. Once your orders have been scanned into our system as "delivered", Janson Cleaners assumes no further liability for any item that is lost, stolen, or any damage that may occur after delivery.
